For SubMain customers with valid support subscription, SubMain shall provide telephone, online and electronic mail support on technical issues related to the Software during Business Hours.
Online services include Customer Ticketing system, User Forums, Release Setup downloads and Patch downloads.
SubMain will provide Workarounds, Patches, Maintenance Releases or Major Releases for reported problems in accordance with our details support policies.
SubMain also provides Professional Services. Such services shall be provided on the terms and conditions set out in SubMain's standard Consulting Services Agreement.
For SubMain Trial Users: SubMain will provide basic technical support for the period of the Trial from the Trial Start Date, which will include all generally available updates and/or enhancements. Technical support consists of Online User Forum Support for technical issues related to the use of the Product.
